We ship to all addresses. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination.

At Tangent Innovation Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns of products that are in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging, within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that this refund policy does not applied for digital products and make sure for physical products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of final sale items, or items that have been used or damaged.

Once we receive your return, we will process it as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be credited back to your account. We will send you an email to confirm that your refund has been processed.
If the product is defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost. But, if you change your mind, return shipping is at your own expense, and any original shipping cost will be deduced from the refund amount.
